The above fees assume that the property is being sold with vacant possession and there are no unforeseen complications or delays. If the property is tenanted or mortgage funding is required, please refer to us for a tailored quotation.

Disbursements
Disbursements may also be payable in addition to our legal fees.
These are payments that have to be made to third parties on your behalf as part of the conveyancing process. They include payments for: -
- Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT)
- Land Registry fee – these depend upon the type of property, its value, and whether an electronic submission can be made.
- Miscellaneous disbursements – such as search fees.
