If you are a third party and are unhappy with any dealings you have had with us, please raise your concerns in writing to the person who has conduct of the matter or to the supervising Partner.

If you are legally represented then any concerns should be directed through your own solicitors.

We will acknowledge your complaint in writing as soon as possible and set out an estimated date for a response. We will aim to fully respond within one calendar month and no later than 8 weeks from receiving your complaint. If we have not resolved your complaint, you may have a right to refer your complaint to the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
