Our legal fees are usually calculated on an hourly basis; however, we may agree a fixed fee upon assessment of your matter. In either case, our fees are competitive. Our hourly rates are as follows: -

Position of Solicitor Rates per hour

Solicitors £250.00 + VAT (£300.00 incl. VAT)
Paralegals, Legal assistants and Trainee solicitors £200.00 + VAT (£240.00 incl. VAT)

We will provide you with an overall fee estimate at the start of your matter and shall aim to keep you updated throughout. As with all legal matters, the number of hours spent shall depend upon the circumstances of your case, including: -

Disbursements

Disbursements are expenses related to your matter that are payable to third parties. We handle the payment of such expenses on your behalf to ensure a smoother process. Examples include: -

  • Interpreters and translators’ fees
  • Independent expert reports e.g. medical experts – we will let you know as soon as possible if we consider an expert report is necessary

How long will my application take?

We will normally be able to submit the above types of applications within 4-6 weeks of you instructing us, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this. We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application.
