Eve joined Harper & Odell in 2012. Eve studied Economics at the Royal Holloway, University of London. She then completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London.
Eve practises in all aspects of family law. She has a particular interest in representing parents in private children act cases and has considerable experience in all aspects of financial remedy work, including those involving complex financial structures.
She has extensive experience in resolving child arrangements acting for parents or other family members. Eve specialises in children cases involving parental alienation, implacable hostility and emotional harm through parental conflict. She also deals with cases regarding the relocation of parents with their children. This complements her finance work and provides clients with complete advice on their family situation.
Eve has assisted clients from all walks of life and at all stages. Eve has a very personable approach to her work and will ensure to go that extra mile to ensure her clients feel supported throughout their case. She understands it can be an emotionally complex time for clients with some difficult decisions to be made. Eve always endeavours to minimize conflict whenever possible, whilst being ready to take strong and effective legal action when necessary.
She strongly believes in achieving the best possible results for her clients and helps them understand the legal process and the options available to them.
Eve has a strong attention to detail and is thorough with every case she handles. Her detailed knowledge together with her commended client care, ensures that she provides sound legal advice and helps her clients make the right decisions. She tailors her advice to clients to meet the various needs they may need and avoid the use of legal jargon wherever possible to allow the client to understand the process who can then make informed decisions.
